Your account is marked inactive. We retain your transaction history and identity details for one year for dispute resolution. After that, we delete personal information such as phone number and address. Payment records for DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS are kept for two years for regulatory purposes. You can request earlier deletion via support.
Yes. Open your account, go to Settings > Legal & Privacy and click Download My Data. We compile your full account history, login dates, deposits via all payment methods and all withdrawal records within 24 hours and email it to you as a PDF file.
Your payment details are encrypted and stored in a separate vault from your login credentials. We never see your full card or account number—the payment processor handles that. Every transaction is verified and logged. We do not share payment data with third parties outside our payment partners.
Contact support immediately with your transaction reference number. We verify the transaction against your bank and DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS records. If a deposit did not reach your account, we work with the processor to trace it. Corrections or refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Your account is stored on encrypted servers in Indonesia. Only our security and support teams can access your data when needed for disputes, verification or fraud prevention. Where local law permits, regulatory bodies may request access. We do not share data with other websites or affiliates.
